A brief history of Artifical Intelligence

History is both complicated and simple. Simple because we can easily trace back the roots of current state of AI to all the way back to Alan Turing's Turing test in 1950. Complicated because several researchers have built technologies over time that has brought us to the current state of Large Language Models which is the cutting edge of Artificial Intelligence now in 2026.
